Vanessa is the founder and principal of Vanessa Simon Mediation. She began her career as a family lawyer in 1991. In 2006 she shifted her focus to family dispute resolution. She has run a private practice dealing exclusively in family dispute resolution for over 13 years.

Vanessa is dedicated to providing clients with practical assistance to resolve their disputes and manage conflict in a future focused manner. Her aim is to assist parents develop child focused parenting plans, child support agreements and to reach financial settlement. Sensitive to clients’ needs, she provides them with a respectful, calm and discreet forum in which to settle disputes.

Vanessa practices child-informed mediation. She is experienced in conducting local, interstate and overseas mediations. She is also a trained parenting coordinator.
